Common questions
Do I need to write any code to make a status page?
No. The entire setup is point-and-click in the dashboard. Code only enters the picture if you want webhook automation — and that's one POST request, with copy-paste examples in the docs.
Can the status page match my brand?
Yes — your company name and logo in the header, your brand color on the page, and on Pro your own domain in the address bar. The GreenPing badge is removed on paid plans.
Can it update itself when my site goes down?
Yes, via webhooks: connect UptimeRobot, Checkly, Pingdom, or any tool that can send an HTTP POST. When a check fails, the component flips and an incident opens automatically; when it recovers, the incident auto-resolves.
What does it cost?
Free for one full page (10 components, 100 subscribers). Pro is $9/month for three pages, unlimited components, custom domains, and no badge. Scale is $29/month for ten pages and 5,000 subscribers per page.
